Justification of investment in the reconstruction of Chirchikskaya HPP (HPP-7) and Gazalkentskaya HPP (HPP-28)

Project objective: 1. Development of the pre-investment feasibility study for the reconstruction of two plants in Uzbekistan in order to get funds from international banks. 2. Gaining international experience in the pre-investment feasibility studies in the field of hydraulic power industry. 3. Conclusion, strengthening and development of partnerships with major international corporations.
